Happy anniversary to the hubs. One year has just flown by!



I can't wait to have our mini-honeymoon in Paris next week.

As our delicious wedding cake is sitting in my parents' freezer at home, I whipped up some carrot cake cupcakes for us to toast our big day! Off to sample a few... ;)
